At Reality Forge, our primary objective is to ensure student satisfaction and support their success in their chosen courses. We are committed to problem-solving, resourcefulness, and a student-centered approach to effectively address and overcome any challenges that may arise. We firmly believe that by prioritizing students' needs, we establish a strong foundation for the seamless alignment of all other aspects.
Refunds & Returns:
- In order to be eligible for a return/ refund, please make sure that you send us the transaction proof and copy of the invoice, 24 hours before the Live Session booked with a clear statement about your decision to cancel the booking.
- You are entitled to cancel your enrollment 24 hours before Live Sessions without giving any reason for doing so. In order to exercise your right of cancellation for a Live Session, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by e-mailing training@realityforgeasia.com We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day of the request.
- Our Pre-Record courses are non-refundable. This is because with our Pre-Recorded courses you are given access to all content at the time of purchase.
- In the event that a participant is entitled to a refund, payment gateway charges/local tax charges may be deducted from the refund amount. Applicable GST will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The returns cannot be processed if:
- You cancel less than 24 hours before a Live Session.
- You are not able to produce the invoice and the transaction ID.
- You booked a free Live Session.
- In the case of a discounted session, only the amount paid will be refunded and not the original price of the session.
- A refund is only available to users who have not been suspended due to a violation of any of the terms and conditions or any disciplinary actions have not been taken against them by the provider.
- We reserve the right to terminate the student’s enrollment for failure to maintain satisfactory progress; failure to abide by the rules and regulations of Reality Forge; and/or failure to meet financial obligations to the training(s).
- We reserve the right to refuse returns of any request for cancellation that does not meet the above return/ refund conditions at our sole discretion.
- Please note that we depend on the issuing bank to ensure that the money is refunded to your account. We only control the release of funds from our side. There is little we can do in case there is a delay from the bank’s end.
- We reserve the right to modify these policies on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation:
- Although rare, Reality Forge reserves the right to cancel any training course due to insufficient enrollment. Notice will be provided with the option to reschedule for a future course date in this case.
- Reality Forge is not responsible for any expenses incurred by any party, not even if a training course is canceled.
- Due to the nature of the industry that the training center serves, Reality Forge reserves the right to cancel/reschedule a course or change faculty members.
